Purchases online that our field technician determines are not the right fit, can be changed to a different product or service and credit or charge your account on the spot.

We specialize in helping you keep your basement or crawlspace dry, by installing only the highest quality, most reliable primary (AC powered) sump pumps and battery backup sump pump systems available.

Our goal is to make the process of choosing a pump system as easy as possible, so we offer two options:

We can come out in-person to your home, assess your individual situation, and make a recommendation. We charge only a nominal service fee to send a technician over. If you desire, we can go ahead and install your new pump system during the same visit.

Or,

You can browse the educational materials on our website, purchase a system online, and simply schedule your installation. We offer discounted pricing ($50 off main pumps, $100 off backup/combo pump systems) to customers who make their purchase online.

We're always available to answer questions, whether we come out to your home or not. If you have a technical question, it will be answered by one of our experienced technicians or by Dave the owner himself, not by a customer service representative reading a script.
